PURPOSE: To enable to quickly and securely implant the subject fixing means to any bone material by providing a base structure with thread spiral body or dump spiral body to be implantable into a bone, and an implanted column connectable to the base structure. n CONSTITUTION: This fixing means provided with a base structure 10 is screwed into and fixed to a hole which has been dug at an exposed part of a patient in advance. The base structure 10 is made of a titanium or a titanium alloy. The base structure 10 is opened its top and its inner part is designed so that an implanted column is screwed or inserted in a bayonet way. The inplanted column top 32 is widened into a mushroom shape so that the top is engaged with a material after the inplanted column is inserted through a hole, such as a fixing loop or a hole, to correspond to the material to be fixed. Immediately under the end face of the base structure 10, a spiral body with 1.25-turn thread, 1.5-pitch/lead, and 60° thread angle is provided, and the base structure 10 is screwed into a bone material in a threading way. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO |
