PURPOSE: To improve physical properties without occurrence of cell disorder and shrinkage by reacting a polyol and a polyisocyanate compd. in the presence of a specified foaming agent, a catalyst, a foam stabilizer, etc. n CONSTITUTION: A foaming agent is obtd. by compounding 80mol% or less tetramethylsilane and trichloromonofluoromethane.
