abstract PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a stress, and improve the yield, by pouring a mixture of polyurethane forming component to a mold, and forming the polyurethane in the mold. CONSTITUTION: When a bend segment 1 shown in Fig. is formed, a polyurethane forming component such as polyol and isocyanate is poured in a mold, and it is reacted in the mold so as to form and harden the polyurethane. When a magnet 6 is used in this case, the magnet 6 is placed on the supporting element in the mold, and integrated with the polyurethane. By such a structure, no stress is generated, and a material loss can be prevented.
