titleOfInvention | Light absorption cell |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the light absorption cell having absorption rays at plural wavelengths by sealing specific plural gaseous molecules into the cell. n CONSTITUTION: At least two kinds of the gases selected from 8 kinds of the gaseous molecules; ammonia NH 3 , 15 NH 3 , acetylene C 2 H 2 , 13 C 2 H 2 , hydrogen cyanide HCN, H 13 CH, HC 15 N and H 13 C 15 N are sealed into a glass tube 1. However, the combination of NH 3 and 15 NH 3 is excluded. The figures on the left shoulder of 'C', 'N' denote atomic weight and the symbols which are not attached with the figures respectively denote ' 12 C', ' 14 N'. Since the plural gaseous molecules are sealed into the absorption cell in such a manner, the number of the absorption rays increases and the oscillation wavelengths of a multiple-wavelength semiconductor laser are stabilized by one piece of the absorption cell. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
