NEW MATERIAL:A bis(4-fluorophenyl)methoxyethylpiperidine derivative of formula I (R is H, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl; n is 0, 1) and its salts. n EXAMPLE: Ethyl 1-[2-bis(4-fluorophenyl)methoxyethyl]-4-piperidinecarboxylate. n USE: Medicine having antiallergic and antiasthmatic actions. It has no side effect such as sleepiness and no toxicity. n PREPARATION: For example, as shown the reaction equation, a halogen derivative of formula II (X is halogen) and an amine of formula III (n=0, 1) are allowed to react with each other in a solvent such as benzene or acetone in the presence of a base such as sodium carbonate to give the compound of formula I. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
