titleOfInvention Supply of film containing polyvinyl based hydrogel and biochemical active material as the base
abstract PURPOSE: To supply a film as a photolithography by irradiating ultra-violet rays after coating and drying the base with an aqueous solution of a photosensitive hydrogel formative polymer, a cross-linking agent and a biochemical active material using centrifugal force. n CONSTITUTION: The aqueous solution is prepared by combining a photosensitive hydrogel formative polymer, a cross-linking agent consisting of a polyazonium compound and gultar dialdehyde, and a biochemical active material with water. This aqueous solution is coated on the base using centrifugal force, and after drying it, the coated base is irradiated by ultra-violet rays through photo-mask. Then after developing this irradiated film, the base is supplied with the polyvinyl based hydrogel and the biochemical active material by a photolithography. As the polyazonium compound, a monomer/polymer organic compound containing more than 2 side chains and/or terminal diazonium base is used. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
