titleOfInvention Production of arthrodial cartilage, composition for osteoanagenesis and skeleton tissue transplant and reproduction of skeleton tissue
abstract PURPOSE: To provide an arthrodial cartilage by transplantation and a composition for reproduction of a bone, comprising a cultured cell generating a cell exhibiting chondrogenesis phenotype and a biodegradable, biomiscible and bioreabsorbable immobilized vehicle(BRIV). n CONSTITUTION: This composition contains a BRIV comprising a cartilage cell derived from a self or homologous source bone marrow or an osteoblast, a homologous committed cartilage cell, or arbitrarily other progenital cell from the cartilage cell derived from self or homologous muscular adenoblast or mesenchymal source, and 100-150mg/ml of fibrinogen, 60-90 unit/ml of thrombin, 30mM of CaCl 2 , 2,000 unit/ml of aprotonin (protease inhibitor) and 15-30% of blood serum (preferably fetal calf serum). A containing amount of the cell is preferably in the range of 80×10 6 -160×10 6 piece/1ml of BRIV. The objective skeleton tissue transplant is obtained by culturing a productive cell selected from a myelic stroma cell, an embryonically initiating cartilage cell, a cartilage cell derived from muscular adenoblast cell and arbitrarily undifferentiated mesenchymal cell, then burying the resultant cell in BRIV. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
