abstract PURPOSE: To prevent a supply amount of lubrication oil in the low-speed region from becoming excessive by providing a regulation means to regulate the motion of an oil pump in the low-speed region of an engine and alternately repeating the demagnetization time and the excitation time of an electromagnet provided on the engine at a specific ratio. n CONSTITUTION: A control circuit 43 inputs the number of rotation of an engine 1, and while it stops the power to the coil 42 of a regulation means 37 and demagnetizes an iron core 41 in a high-speed rotation region, it puts the power in the coil 42 to excite the iron core 41 in a low-speed rotation region and magnetizes a disc 28 to this iron core 41. Consequently, even when a cam axle 24 separates from a cam face 21 in the right direction and a rotary axle 7 rotates, a plunger 13 does not work and no lubrication oil is supplied to the engine 1. Additionally, in this case, an electromagnet 38 is controlled by the control circuit 43 so that the demagnetization time and the excitation time are alternately repeated in a short cycle and the number of cycle per unit time and the ratio between the above both times are adjusted to desired values by the control circuit 43.
