titleOfInvention Germicidal composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a germicidal composition, containing a surfactant, such as dialkyldimethylammonium salt or cetyltrimethylammonium salt, or further nonionic surfactant, having a wide antimicrobial spectrum and excellent in effects on fungi. n CONSTITUTION: A germicidal composition containing 1 pt.wt. compound expressed by the formula (R 1 and R 2 are octyl or decyl; X - is anionic counter ion) and 0.1-5 pts.wt. surfactant or further 0.2-5 pts.wt. nonionic surfactant. At least one selected from cetyltrimethylammonium salts, alkyldimethylbenzylammonium salts, monoalkylpolyaminoethylglycine salts and polyalkylpolyaminoethylglycine salts is used as the surfactant and examples of the nonionic surfactant include polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers. The above- mentioned composition is used as a germicidal detergent for floors or walls of hospitals, food factories, restaurants, schools, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
