abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the subject mold release agent, having excellent mold release performance with hardly any sticking of foulings and added to molding materials, such as elastomer or resin, by containing a certain kind of fluorine- containing compound as an active component. n CONSTITUTION: The objective mold release agent containing one or two or more selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid esters, thiophosphoric acid esters, phosphonic acid derivatives, phosphinic acid derivatives and salts thereof which are optionally substituted by 1-20C fluorohydrocarbon and hydroxyl groups as an active component. Furthermore, compounds expressed by formulas I-III (Rf is 6-18C perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkenyl; R is 1-18C hydrocarbon which is optionally substituted by hydroxyl group; X is 1-10C alkylene; R 3 is H or 1-10C acyl; R 4 is H or 1-10C alkyl; R 5 is 1-10C alkylene; M is H or ammonium group; n and m are 1 or 2 and n+m≤3; Y is 1-10C alkylene) are preferred as the active component. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
