titleOfInvention | Production of oxide superconducting thin film |
abstract | PURPOSE: To easily produce an oxide superconducting thin film at a relatively low temp. by previously coating a substrate with hardly vaporizable starting materials, introducing other starting materials in a gaseous state and bringing them into a reaction. n CONSTITUTION: A film of fine particles of strontium iodide and calcium iodide is formed on a substrate 5 and this substrate 5 is set in a reaction chamber 1. Copper acetate and bismuth chloride are separately put in vaporization chambers 2, 3. The substrate 5 is heated to about 600°C with a heater 4, the chambers 1, 3 are kept at about 400°C and the chamber 2 is kept at about 200°C. Gaseous bismuth chloride and gaseous copper acetate generated by vaporization are introduced into the chamber 1 with a gaseous Ar-O 2 mixture and an oxide superconducting thin film of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O is formed on the substrate 5. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
