titleOfInvention | Immune globulin m antibody fragment combined with reagent |
abstract | PURPOSE: To make exact immunoassay of, for example, a cancer by obtaining the antibody of the mol. wt. lower than the mol. wt. of a natural immune globulin M antibody is stage for obtaining the immune globulin M antibody and a stage for bringing a reducing agent into contact with an antibody at the time of forming immune globulin M antibody fragments. n CONSTITUTION: Enzymes, such as peroxidase and β-galactosidase, fluorescent materials, such as, for example, fluorescamine and fluorescencyanate, radioactive materials, such as, for example, 2H and 125I, and anticancer agents, such as, for example, methotrexate, are used as a reagents at the time of forming the immune globulin M antibody (IgM). Animals, such as, for example, rabbits and mice, are immunized with the other antigen of an immune reaction as an immune source and after the IgM is taken together with the antibody belonging to the other classes, the corresponding part is taken by liquid chromatography, etc. The taken IgM is reduced by the reducing agent, such as dithiothreitol and 2-carptoethanol to form the fragments. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
