abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a reliable determination means for measuring the amount of a tracer antibody complex by constituting the test material of a biological fluid with a given first tracer salt, a given second tracer salt, a first antibody that can recognize and bind the first tracer, and a second antibody that can and bind the second tracer. n CONSTITUTION: A first tracer salt expressed by an equation 1 and a second tracer salt expressed by an equation 3 are contained in the test sample of a biological fluid. Further, a first antibody for recognizing specifically and binding amphetamine and the first tracer and a second antibody that recognizes specifically and bind dmethamphetamine and the second tracer are mixed, and the amount of the first and second tracers that are bound to the first and second antibodies is measured by the fluorescent deviation method, thus determining the amount of amphetamine and d-methamphetamine in the sample. Also, Q, Z, and R and NH 2 in the equations 1 and 3 indicate specific dielectrics and bonding groups, thus detecting and determining the presence of amphetamine and d-methamphetamine in the sample. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO |
