titleOfInvention | Phosphoric acid ester |
abstract | NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [Z is formulas II, III (R 1 , R 2 are H, 5-36C acyl, alkyl, alkenyl wherein both of R 1 and R 2 are not H simultaneously); M is H, alkali or alkaline earth metal, ammonium, alkylamine, alkanolamine]. n USE: Dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl propenol oxide. n EXAMPLE: It is useful in the fields of food and medicines. Further, it is used as a monomer for synthesizing polymers, modifying highmolecular weight compound and modifying proteins. n PREPARATION: The reaction of glycerol-phosphatidinic acid monosalt (phospholipid) of formula IV with a halogen-substituted epoxy compound of formula V (X is halogen) gives a compound of formula VI. Then, the product is allowed to react with a basic substance such as sodium hydroxide. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
