titleOfInvention | Production of phenylalanine dehydrogenase |
abstract | PURPOSE: To produce phenylalanine dehydrogenase in high efficiency by culturing a microorganism in a culture medium containing L-glutamic acid or L-glutamine. n CONSTITUTION: When phenylalanine dehydrogenase is produced, a microorganism is aerobically cultured in a culture medium containing L-glutamic acid salt or L-glutamine. As the microorganism, Escherichia coli bacterium K-12 strain- derived recombinant containing phenylalanine dehydrogenase gene derived from Bacillus sphaericus or Bacillus badius is preferably used. As the culture medium, a medium consisting of a minimum culture medium M9 basically used and polypeptone and yeast extract and L-glutamic acid salt or L-glutamine used as an additive is preferably used. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
