abstract |
PURPOSE: To obtain a liquid vulcanizable with a double bond at high temperature and useful for a pregelling adhesive, or an applicable vulcanizable rubber mixture by adding a vulcanizing auxiliary, a catalyst and the like to plural specific liquid polymers comprising at least one kind of olefinic unsaturated polymer. n CONSTITUTION: An esterification catalyst (example: di-n-butylamine) in an amount of 0.01-5 pts.wt. (pts. hereinafter) is preferably formulated and mixed with 30-70 pts. of a liquid polymer A containing at least one kind of olefinic unsaturated polymer and at least two hydroxyl groups per polymer (example: polybutadiene: molecular weight of about 3000). On the other hand, 10-120 pts. of vulcanizing auxiliaries (example: S and a vulcanization accelerator), a filler (example: ZnO) and/or an auxiliary (example: pigment) are preferably blended to a polymer containing at least one carboxyl (anhydride) group (example: polybutadiene: about 1700 of molecular weight). A rubber mixture of the present invention is prepared by mixing these two mixtures in using time, which is applied to a face to be bonded to form pregellation, and heated at high temperature to be vulcanized with an olefinic double bond for forming adhesive bonding. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO |
