abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a composition, excellent in mechanical strength and rich in flexibility by adding ceramics emitting far infrared rays to a vinyl chloride- urethane copolymer resin or a blend of a vinyl chloride-based resin with urethane resin. n CONSTITUTION: A composition obtained by adding ceramics emitting far infrared rays to a vinyl chloride-urethane copolymer resin prepared by carrying out graft copolymerization of vinyl chloride or further one or more of monomers copolymerizable therewith and urethane or a polymer blend of a vinyl chloride- based resin with a urethane resin. Fine powdery ceramics emitting far infrared rays at 4-30μm wavelength are used as the ceramics.
