titleOfInvention | Molding method for foaming resin product |
abstract | PURPOSE:To carry out high grade molding simply and reduce the cost of a mold by inserting a skin material into a female mold, and bringing the skin material in close contact with a molding section provided on a product molding surface of the female mold by means of foaming pressure of foaming resin and additionally molding a shape following the shape of the molding section as the foaming resin gets solidified. CONSTITUTION:Polyol and diisocyanate are injected from an injection head 126 as a resin material for the purpose of forming an urethane foam of hard polyurethane. Polyol and diisocyanate are injected from the injection head 126 under the given pressure after the end of the injection head 126 is fitted in a sprue 104. Said polyol and diisocyanate are filled in a cavity 38 while being mixed. Foaming reaction is in progress by mixing a plurality of resin materials. A skin material 12 is brought into close contact with a slide core 86 by the pressure of carbon dioxide gas generated in said foaming reaction. When foaming resin is cured by retaining said state for the given time, the shape of a recessed section 22 is molded with good accuracy following the shape of a slide core 86. |
