| abstract | PURPOSE: To integrally mold a foam along with a skin sheet material through a mold by mounting a frame body and a plurality of the press members supported by the frame body and having the shapes corresponding to those of the respective regions of the mold to press the skin sheet material to the respective regions of the mold. n CONSTITUTION: A plurality of support pipes 38 made of a resin are engaged at one end each with the respective resin pipes 34, 36 constituting a frame body 32 and shaping members 40 made of a resin showing the skeletal shape of a shin sheet material 12 are engaged with the other ends of the support pipes 38. The shaping members 40 are composed, for example, of a glass fiber and an epoxy resin in order to secure predetermined rigidity and a plurality of press members 42 having the shapes corresponding to those of the respective regions of the skin sheet material 12 are engaged with the shaping member 40 at predetermined regions and formed, for example, from an urethane elastomer so as not to damage the skin sheet material 12.
