titleOfInvention | Anti-inflammatory analgesic compound, its relating composition, their preparation and use |
abstract | NEW MATERIAL:An anti-inflammatory analgesic compound exhibiting infrared absorption spectrum having characteristic absorption at 3120, 3020, 1480, 1400 and 950cm<-1> and free from characteristic absorption at 1640 and 1540cm<-1>. The compound has the following properties. (A) Negative to staining test on a compound containing large amount of glycoproteins, heparin, chondroitinsulfuric acid, polysaccharide and other hydrocarbons using a periodic acid Schiff reaction reagent (PAS), (B) negative to color reaction with anthrone reagent, (C) negative to color reaction on uronic acid by carbazolesulfate process, etc. USE:An anti-inflammatory agent and analgesic agent. PREPARATION:A liquid poison is collected from an ant of species triplarinus, genus Pseudomirmex and diluted with an aqueous solution. After removing foreign materials, the solution is passed through a column for hydrophilic vinyl resin adsorption chromatography. The toxic extract is eluted from the column and passed through a column for cation exchange chromatography. |
