titleOfInvention Formation of porous polyurethane
abstract PURPOSE: To make it possible to form a porous polyurethane coating film having high productivity and air permeability by adding silicone oil, butylCellosolve or a liquid paraffin to an aqueous polyurethane solution and removing volatile components from the mixture. n CONSTITUTION: At least one member selected from among a silicone oil (b.p. ≥150°C), butylCellosolve and a liquid paraffin hydrocarbon is added to an aqueous polyurethane solution (the amount of the member added is 10-125 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. aqueous polyurethane solution). To this mixture, a surfactant is added to form an emulsified composition of a viscosity of 200-2000cP. The water and the emulsified additive are evaporated from this composition to form a porous polyurethane. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
