titleOfInvention | Human t hybridized cell line |
abstract | PURPOSE: To enable in vitro mass production of a soluble factor by forming a human hybridized line from a hybridized cell line of an HGPRT-deficient human leukemic T cell line with normal human T cell. n CONSTITUTION: A human T hybridized cell line, consisting of a hybridized cell line of a hypoxanthine.guanine.phosphoriboxyltransferase(HGPRT)-deficient human leukemic T cell line with a normal human T cell and having the ability to produce T cell growth factor is formed. The hybridized cell line is then cultured to produce the T cell growth factor. The culture of the above- mentioned HGPRT-deficient cell line can be carried out in various nutrient culture media. Specifically, a culture medium obtained by modifying an RPMI1640 culture medium with blood serum supplement, such as fetal calf serum(FCS), horse blood serum, etc., Dulbecco's culture medium modified by using Iscove's modified culture medium, etc., are cited. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
