abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title drink and water not damaging characteristic taste and flavor of SAKE (rice wine) even by taking in the same way as that of SAKE, providing effects such a, enhancement of liver function, containing an amino acid and a pepper extract. n CONSTITUTION: The aimed drink and water containing an amino acid (e.g. alanine, glutamine, ornithine or arginine) having preferably enfancing action on liver and promoting action on aldehyde metabolism and a pepper extract.
