| abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the title compound capable of being blended with other polymers free from yellowing of deterioration of photooxidation, containing both a reactive unsaturated group and UV absorbing group in a side chain of siloxane. n CONSTITUTION: A polyorganosiloxane shown by average composition formula I (R 1 is monofunctional organic group, 0.02%-10% of R 1 is group containing reactive unsaturated group and 0.02%-10% of R 1 is group containing UV absorbing group; number of silicon atoms is 100-10,000; a is 1.80-2.02 number). γ- Acryloxypropyl group, γ-methacryloxypropyl, etc., are used as the group containing a reactive unsaturated group.
