NEW MATERIAL:Compounds of formula I [R 1 and R 2 are H, (substituted)phenyl, (substituted)phenyl lower alkyl, diphenyl lower alkyl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolin-1- yl constituted together with N bonded thereto where R 1 and R 2 are mutually bonded, etc.; R 3 is lower alkyl; A is methylene or sulfonyl]. n EXAMPLE: 4-Diethoxyphosphynoylmethyl-N-(4-chlorophenyl)benzenesulfonamide. n USE: Useful for remedy and prevention of hyperlipemia such as hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperphospholipidemia and hyperfree fatty acidemia as a remedy for hyperlipemia. n PREPARATION: A sulfonic halide derivative expressed by formula II (Y is halogen) is reacted with an amine expressed by formula III using a deoxidizer (e.g., triethylamine), preferably in a solvent (e.g., benzene). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
