abstract | NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (either one of R 1 and R 2 is OH and other is -O-CO-R 3 -NH 2 ; R 3 is 1-10C alkylene). n EXAMPLE: 24R,25-Dihydroxy vitamin D 3 -3β-O-{3-(N-fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl) amino}propionic acid ester. n USE: The aimed compound capable of utilizing to measurement system of radioimmunoassy and having highly radioactive energy and excellent general-purpose use and labeled with radioactive iodine. n PREPARATION: 24R,25-Dihydroxy vitamin D 3 is reacted with an amino acid having a protected amino group to afford a compound expressed by formula II (either one of R 11 and R 12 is OH and other is -O-CO-R 3 -NH-R 4 ; R 4 is amino protecting group).
