titleOfInvention Electroconductive resin composition
abstract PURPOSE: To make it possible to control the electric resistance of a semiconducting region by controlling the desired electric conductivity uniformly in good reproducibility with high precision, by homogeneously dispersing a five-membered heterocyclic polymer in a thermoplastic resin prepolymer matrix by using a solvent or the like. n CONSTITUTION: 10W99wt.% solvent-soluble thermoplastic resin prepolymer (A) having a functional group such as a hydroxyl group, an ether group or an amide group, such as a phenolic resin or urea resin prepolymer, and 0.5W90wt.% five-membered heterocyclic compound (B) such as a pyrrole, a thiophene, a selenophene or a tellurophene are dissolved in a solvent (D) which can dissolve components (A) and (B) (e.g., methanol), and homogeneously mixed. A most 5pts.wt., per pt.wt. component (B), polymerization catalyst (C) comprising 0.5W90wt.% oxidizing agent such as an inorganic acid, an organic acid or a Lewis acid is added dropwise to the reaction system and the reaction mixture is polymerized at 0W80°C. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
