titleOfInvention Laminate
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate, excellent in heat resistant property and heat insulating property by a method wherein the laminate is constituted of a propylene polymer resin layer and a foamed layer formed by expanding a specified ethylene polymer mixture. n CONSTITUTION: A laminate is constituted of a resin layer, consisting of propylene polymer, and a foamed layer, formed by expanding ethylene polymer mixture by 1.1W60 times. The ethylene polymer mixture is constituted of a copolymer I, consisting of ethylene, α, β-unsaturated monocarbonic acid, α, β-unsaturated dicarbonic acid, a monomer, selected from the anhydride and half ester of the same, and another copolymer II, consisting of ethylene series unsaturated monomer, containing ethylene and hydroxyl group or epoxy group, while the rate of the copolymer I in the total amount of the copolymers I, II is 1W99wt.% and the rate of the total amount of the carboxyl group and carbonic acid anhydride group in the copolymer I to the total amount of hydroxyl group and glycidyl group in the copolymer II is 0.2:1W5:1 in molar ratio, further, ethylene in these copolymer is of 30W99.5wt.% and the monomer in these copolymer is 0.1W70wt.%. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
