| abstract | PURPOSE:To form a cushioning body at favorable workability by eliminating insertion of a cylindrical jig into a mold every time of foaming by making use of a supporting jig fixed to an inner wall of a mold for molding and a hollow hole forming jig which is capable of turning by a fixed angle by making use of the supporting jig as a fulcrum. CONSTITUTION:Pipes 45a, 45b of an insert frame 41 are inserted into bars 33, 33 under a state where the bar 33 for a hollow hole of a hollow hole forming jig 31 is turned. Then the bars 33, 33 for the hollow holes are returned to a horizonted position. Then lock metals 42a, 42b of the insert frame 41 are inserted into recessed parts 15a, 15b provided into a mating part 14 of a mold and setting is completed. Then a mold release agent is applied to the bar 33 and pipes 45a, 45b. Then after closure of a lid body 18, a urethane foamed stock solution is cast in succession through a casting hole, foaming is performed within a framelike part 20 of a main body 11 and a urethane foamed member 46 is formed. Then the lid body is opened, the urethane foamed member 46 is taken out by pulling off from the bar 33 by tilting the same further and a major parts 48 of a cushioning body for a seat back rest is formed. |
