titleOfInvention | Shock absorber and its manufacture |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a shock absorber with an excellent impact resistance and a high vibration absorbing property, by providing a main vibration absorbing area, which contains a silicone gel, inside of a foamed resin basic material. n CONSTITUTION: At a point of the inside of a foamed resin basic material, e.g., urethane foam, rubber, sponge, etc., a gelation stock (g) is injected concentratedly and hardened. The penetration of a gelled silicone (g) is selected depending on the hardening degree of the silicone gel G, but preferably, one with 100W200 is used. Therefore, as the whole, a complex excellent shock absorbing effect can be obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio |
