titleOfInvention | Mold releasing film and production thereof |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a film excellent in heat resistance, durability, transparency and mold releasability by coating the surface of a polyester film with a coating solution of an isocyanatosilane compound in an organic solvent, then drying and reacting the compound at a specific temperature or below and forming a silicon oxide film. n CONSTITUTION: The surface of a polyester film is coated with a coating solution of an isocyanatosilane compound (e.g., tetraisocyanatosilane) in an organic solvent, dried and reacted at ≤120°C, preferably 80-120°C temperature to form a silicon oxide film and afford the objective film. Furthermore, the above- mentioned silane compound is preferably used in a coating amount so as to provide 0.1-0.3μm coating film thickness after drying. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio |
