abstract PURPOSE: To produce dried powder of earthworm having excellent storage stability, effective for improving unhealthy state of nutrition and blood system of mammals including human by grinding raw earthworms in a wet state, freezing a suspension and drying in vacuum. n CONSTITUTION: Mud and excrement such as castings remaining in raw earthworms are removed, the earthworms are washed with water and ground in a wet state.
