abstract |
PURPOSE:To increase second harmonic wave generatability by forming the above material of the optically active amine salt of specific carboxylic acid. CONSTITUTION:This material is formed of the optically active amine salt of the carboxylic acid expressed by formula I. In formula, (n) denotes 0-2; Ar denotes 5-14C arom. group; R1-denotes the amino group expressed by (R2NR3), the ether expressed by R4-O-, R5-S-, etc.; R2-R5 denote 1-8C hydrocarbon group or hydrogen atom. The second harmonic wave generatability for various kinds of the nonlinear optical elements is increased in this way. |
