titleOfInvention Manufacture of individual auxiliary cushion for exclusive use of chair and cushion skin used for its manufacture
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a cushion which conforms to the body of a user by placing a cushion skin filled with foaming material along the seat surface and back surface of a chair, allowing the user to take the seat carrying out the foaming reaction of the foaming material, and by taking out the cushion from the chair after foaming is completed. CONSTITUTION:The polyisocynate and polyol which are the raw material for polyurethane foam are mixed and poured into each vacant space of a cushion skin 1. The cushion skin 1 into which the urethane material liquid is poured is applied onto the seat and back of a chair 16, and a user is allowed to sit in a correct attitude, and said attitude is kept until the foaming reaction of the urethane material liquid is finished. The urethane material liquid in the cushion 1 is formed 18 along the surface shape of the body 17 of the pertinent person, and the foamed part 18 serves as a hip support, side support, lumber support, and a side support. When foaming is completed, a cushion consisting of the seat part (a) and the back part (b) connected at a prescribed angle is obtained.
