titleOfInvention Fluid detection sensor
abstract PURPOSE: To reduce the generation of erroneous detection due to induction, by arranging an electromagnetic shielding material to at least the outer peripheral parts of electrode wires composed by isolating at least two conductors by an insulator. n CONSTITUTION: Two conductors 4A constituting electrode wires are arranged on the surface of a tetrafluoroethylene resin film 3A having a large number of piercing holes 2A in two rows so as to cross the piercing holes 2A and two conductors 5A thicker than the conductors 4A are arranged outside said conductors as conductive materials. Subsequently, the conductors are held between said film 3A and a tetrafluoroethylene film 6A having a large number of piercing holes in two rows. By this method, the greater part of foreign noise arriving at least in left and right directions is absorbed by two conductors 5A and two conductors 4A constituting the electrode wires hardly undergo induction. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
