titleOfInvention | Phenylenediamine as high temperature heat stabilizer |
abstract | PURPOSE: To provide heat medium liquid which is obtained by mixing specified N-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine with polyol, which is stable for deterioration by means of a high temperature and is used for the jacket of a lubrication sealing part in a chemical process pump and a compressor. n CONSTITUTION: The target heat medium liquid is obtained by mixing (A) polyol constituted of polyglycol, polyalkylene glycol, polyoxyalkylene glycol or glycerol corresponding to them with (B) a compound [suitable example; N-(1,4-dimethyl pentile)-N'-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine, N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine, N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine] shown by a formula (R 1 and R 2 are alkyl of H and 1-6C; R 3 and R 4 are each H, alkyl or 1-12C, 3-13C cycloalkyl, 7-11C aryl alkyl or 7-16C alkallyl) by an amount effective for stabilization. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO |
