titleOfInvention | Laminated polyester film |
abstract | PURPOSE:To give a good layer-to-layer adhesive property to a laminated polyester film, by a method wherein a hardness layer obtained by irradiation of ultraviolet rays or electron beam on a coated layer of a biaxial oriented polyester film obtained by applying a coating liquid having chlorinated polymer as a main component to one side surface of the polyester film and then by elongation, is established. CONSTITUTION:As a chlorinatedpolymer, polymers or the like of vinylidene chloride, vinyl chloride, and chloroprene are exemplified. A content of chlorine in the chlorinatedpolymer is preferably 10wt.% or over. An elongation process is preferably performed at 60-130 deg.C, and magnification of elongation is preferably 6-20 times. An elongated film is heat-treated at 150-250 deg.C. A layer hardened by irradiation of ultraviolet rays or electron beam means as follows. The layer has a photopolymerizing monomer, a photopolymerizing prepolymer, a photoinitiator, and a photosensitizer as a main component, and makes a photopolymerizing compound react with ultraviolet rays and an electron beam radiation device, which is polymerized and bridged to form said layer. |
