titleOfInvention | Production of polysulfone porous membrane |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a polysulfone porous membrane which has many holes and large hole diameter by polymerizing a monomer soln. wherein a polysulfone polymer is dissolved and extrusion-molding the obtained mixture in a heated and melted state and thereafter extracting the above monomer polymerizate. n CONSTITUTION: A monomer (e.g., N-vinylpyrrolidone, N-vinylmethylacetamide, N-vinylacetamide, etc.), soln. wherein a polysulfone-base polymer is dissolved is polymerized in such a state that the polysulfone polymer exists. The obtained mixture is extrusion-molded in a heated and melted state and thereafter the above monomer polymerizate are extracted. The obtained polysulfone porous membrane has comparatively many holes and large hole diameter in comparison with such a case that extraction object is the monomer and a solvent and the permeation performance is practical. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio |
