| abstract | PURPOSE: To quickly and completely reduce the viscosity of an aqueous fluid thickened with a tertiary amino polygalactomannan by the addition of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salt of hypochlorous acid, or a chlorinated isocyanurate. n CONSTITUTION: In crushing a stratum into which a bore hole is intruded, the stratum is contacted by injecting an aqueous fluid into the bore hole by a speed and pressure sufficient for crushing the stratum. The aqueous fluid is composed of an aqueous liquid, a tertiary amino polygalactomannan of quantity effective in increasing the viscosity as a thickener to be formed as a high viscous liquid by increasing the viscosity of the aqueous liquid, effective quantity of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salt of hypochlorous acid or a chlorinated isocyanurate as a viscosity destructive agent for reducing the viscosity of the fluid after being offered to an expected purpose as the high viscous fluid by contacting the aqueous fluid with the stratum. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO |
