titleOfInvention Preparation for injection of stable isepamicin sulfate
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the subject stable preparation for injection suitable for anti-fungus agent, etc., inhibiting generation of fine particle, preserving a composition for injection containing isepamicin sulfate as an active ingredient in a glass vessel treated with an aqueous solution of water-soluble sulfur oxide in heating condition. n CONSTITUTION: An aqueous solution of water-soluble sulfur oxide of at least 0.01% concentration (e.g., aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate of 0.5% concentration) is poured into an ample made of borosilicate glass, treated in a heating condition at 300W700°C, the ample is washed with irradiation of supersonic wave, finally washed with distilled water and dry heat sterilized at 250°C for 30min. Next, the ample is filled with a composition for injection of 1W50% concentration containing isepamicin sulfate as an active ingredient, the ample is sealed and heat sterilized at 115°C for 30min in an autoclave to afford the aimed stable preparation for injection of isepamicin sulfate. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
