titleOfInvention | Homogeneous sampling and analyzing method for t-4 |
abstract | PURPOSE: To determine the effective binding position of thyroxine bound globulin(TBG) easily, accurately and quickly by employing an enzyme donative fragment and an enzyme receptive fragment forming an enzyme donor conjugant through bonding with a part cross reactive to thyroxine. n CONSTITUTION: The method for sampling thyroxine from a sample through TBG comprises a step for mixing an enzyme donor(ED) conjugated with a polyiodothronine analogue bonded to an effective TBG position with a sample in aqueous solution. Adhesion of T-4 to ED is conditioned such the affinity of TBG to T-4 is not varied significantly. The sample is mixed with ED and an enzyme receptor characterized by providing an enzyme activity variable in relation to the TBG activity. Enzyme activity is determined through comparison with a reference solution having a known quantity of effective TBG binding position. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO |
