titleOfInvention Novel dna and production thereof, novel plasmid having same, novel polypeptide and production thereof and novel antineoplastic agent from said polypeptide
abstract PURPOSE:To accomplish mass production of thymosin beta4 in high purity, by forming DNA produced by linking DNA coding the amino acid sequence of thymosin beta4 to DNA coding the amino acid sequence of TNF. CONSTITUTION:A DNA coding the amino acid sequence expressed by (amino acid sequence of thymosin beta4)-Asp-Pro-x-(amino acid sequence corresponding to the base sequence in such a form that quanine is linked to the head of a base sequence of the fourth exon in TNF-alpha) is incorporated into a plasmid capable of growing in host microorganism cells. The resulting plasmid is then introduced into the host microorganisms to effect transformation, and the resultant transformant is put to culture, and from the resulting cultured product, the objective polypeptide expressed by said amino acid sequence. Another objective antineoplastic agent from the polypeptide expressed by this specific amino acid sequence is prepared.
