titleOfInvention Immobilized enzyme agent
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title enzyme agent of elevated enzymatic activity with increased enzyme absorption, by carrying inulin-D-fructotransferase on an anion exchange resin having pores 75-2,000 DBE1 in mode radius. n CONSTITUTION: Firstly, an aqueous solution of inulin-D-fructotransferase(FTF) freed from bacteria from culture solution is prepared. Thence, an anion exchange resin having pores 75-2,000 DBE1 in mode radius is immersed in this aqueous solution and after an appropriate adsorption time lapse, the resin is taken out and washed with water, thus obtaining the objective immobilized enzyme agent. Said anion exchange resin is pref. porous one with the pore volume of ≥0.1ml/g and specific surface area of ≥0.1m 2 /g. The amount of the FTF to be adsorbed on said anion exchange resin as a carrier is pref. 0.05-30mg per ml of said resin (on a wet basis). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
