titleOfInvention | Photopolymerizable composition and recording medium using same |
abstract | PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity of the title composition, and to accelerate the recording speed of the recording medium by incorporating a specified compd. in the photopolymerizable composition as a photopolymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION:The compd. (A) having an ethylenically unsatd. double bond capable of addition polymerization and the photopolymerization initiator shown by formula I are incorporated in the photopolymerizable composition. In the formula, Q is -CN or -CF3 group, etc., R1-R3 are each hydrogen or halogen atom., etc. The photopolymerization initiator shown by the formula is composed of a compd. shown by formula II, etc. And, the recording medium 1 mounted on a transfer recording layer 1a composed of a microcapsule contg. the composition is disposed on an exothermic body of a thermal head 20, and a negative image is formed by controlling the generation of heat according to an image signal and irradiating the layer 1a with light coming from a chemical lamp 3, and then the recording medium is heated and pressurized overlapping an ordinary paper 10, thereby making a recording image 12 on the paper 10. |
