titleOfInvention Impact resistant resin composition having antistatic property
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition consisting of an acid-modified rubber- reinforced vinylaromatic polymer, polyether or polyimine having a specific molecular weight and specific organic salt or inorganic salt and having excellent impact resistance and permanent antistatic properties. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition consisting of (A) 100 pts.wt. acid- modified rubber reinforced vinylaromatic polymer obtained by copolymerizing a vinylaromatic monomer with a vinyl monomer having COOH in the presence of a rubber polymer and containing 1-20wt.% monomer having COOH, (B) 5-20 pts.wt. polyether or polyimine (preferably polyethylene glycol or polyethylene oxide) expressed by the formula (R is H or methyl, X is O or NH; n is integer fixed by average molecular weight) and having >=10000, preferably >=20000 average molecular weight and (C) 0.1-5 pts.wt. metal salt (e.g., lithium chloride) soluble with the component B in a solid sate.
