titleOfInvention Base body case for plant cultivation
abstract PURPOSE: To make a fungicide and fertilizer uniform by incorporating the fertilizer having a grain size of <=80μm at deposition of 10 to 50g/m<2> into a polymer body contg. at least >=50wt.% cellulose fibers and having porosity of 1000 to 1600l/Sm<2> so as to embed the fertilizer in this body. CONSTITUTION: The fibers are loosened to a pulp form and are mixed and dispersed with and in water. The dispersion is dehydrated on a sloped sheave to allow the fibers to deposit. The deposited fibers are reinforced by applying 3.8g/m<2> acrylate binder and 0.2g/m<2> melamine formaldehyde resin thereon without contact and drying the coating. A suspension prepd. by suspending the fungicide in 0.96g/mm<2> polyvinyl alcohol and 0.08g/m<2> melamine formaldehyde resin is applied thereon by fuller cloth and is dried to reinforce the fibers. Fertilizer paste is stamped like dots on the fleece material surface. The fleece material is cut to a belt form which is then formed as a pipe. The fertilizer is charged into this pipe.
