titleOfInvention | Coated stainless steel material |
abstract | PURPOSE: To apply a coating film having superior adhering property, weatherability and resistance to corrosion to a base material, by applying and hardening a fluororesin paint of setting type which contains as main components fluororesin and acrylic resin containing hydrolysable silyl group to a stainless steel material. n CONSTITUTION: A fluororesin paint of setting type which contains as a main components fluororesin and acrylic resin containing hydrolysable silyl group is applied to a stainless steel material. Then, the coated film is hardened by removing moisture or burnt to be hardened. The acrylic resin containing silyl group is, for example, acrylic resin containing hydrolysable silyl group represented by a formula (X) 3-a (R) a Si- (in the formula, R represents a hydrogen atom, alkyl group, arryl group or aralkyl group, X representing a halogen atom, alkoxyl group, iminooxy group, phenoxy group, melcapto group or amino group, (a) representing an integer 0W3). It is preferable to contain 5W60wt.% of silyl group for the total vinyl monomer component. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio |
