titleOfInvention Resin aqueous dispersion composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition capable of giving films of excellent blocking resistance, transparency, etc., by blending an aqueous dispersion of a hardly water-soluble polyhydrazine compound with a copolymer aqueous dispersion prepared by emulsion polymerization of a monomer mixture containing epoxy group-contg. monomer. n CONSTITUTION: Firstly, an unsaturated monomer mixture containing 0.3-20wt.% of an epoxy group-contg. monomer (e.g., glycidyl acrylate) is put to emulsion polymerization pref. at 60-90°C to produce a copolymer aqueous dispersion. Thence, this dispersion is blended with a hardly water-soluble polyhydrazine compound having two or more hydrazine groups, thus obtaining the objective composition. Said unsaturated monomer mixture pref. contain, other than said epoxy group-contg. monomer, 0.3-20wt.% of aldehyde or ketone group-contg. unsaturated monomer, 0-80wt.% of a hard monomer such as acrylonitrile, 95-20wt.% of a soft monomer such as methyl acrylate, 0-5wt.% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and 0-15wt.% of another monomer such as acrylamide. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
