titleOfInvention Medical equipment
abstract PURPOSE: To let excellent anti-coagulating property last long by allowing anti- coagulating agent constituted by specific polymer and high polymeric compound being turned into matrix to be present at least at a section which is brought in contact with blood. n CONSTITUTION: A medical equipment allows anti-coagulating agent to be present in blood and at a section which is brought in contact with blood wherein the agent is composed not only of polymer obtained from (A) such as (a) ionic bond complex synthesized from both basic compound including polymerizable functional group and heparin chloride, (b) hydrophilic and/or hydrohobic monomer capable of being copolymerized with ionic bond complex and (c) cross-linking agent as required, but also of (B) such as high polymeric compound being turned into matrix. The loading of ionic bond complex in (a) compound is 5 to 99.55% by weight to the total amount of (a) through (c) components. And when it is less than 5% by weight, anti-coagulating property becomes insufficient. And when it exceeds 99.55% by weight, mechanical strength becomes insufficient. The loading of (B) component is 10 to 1900 parts by weight to the total 100 parts of (a) through (c) components by weight. And when it is less than 10 parts by weight, the mechanical strength of anti-coagulating agent is insufficient, and when it exceeds 1900 parts by weight, anti-coagulating property becomes insufficient. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
