titleOfInvention Automatic fire extinguishing device for storing box for portable type exchange
abstract PURPOSE: To prevent generation of fatal accident due to halon gas by providing a detecting relay mounted on the control panel of an automatic fire extinguishing device and for turning on an off the power source of the automatic fire extinguishing device and a switch mounted on the key of the entrance door of a storing box for a portable type exchange and electrically connected to the detecting relay. n CONSTITUTION: When a key 5 of the storing box 1 for the portable exchange is closed, a switch 6 is turned on and when the key 5 is opened, the switch 6 is turned off. The turning on and off of the switch 6 causes a detecting relay 3 to turn on and off. When the detecting relay 3 is turned on, the power of the automatic fire extinguishing device 2 is energized, and when the detecting relay 3 is turned off, the power of the automatic fire extinguishing device 2 is disconnected. Accordingly, when a construction worker opens the key 5 of an entrance door 4 to enter the storing box 1 for the portable exchange, the switch 6 is turned off to disconnect the power of the automatic fire extinguishing device 2. Therefore, since the automatic fire extinguishing device 2 is not operated when the fire is generated and a fire sensor 9 operates while the worker is working in the storing box 1 for the portable exchange, there is no near of a fatal accident due to the injection of halon gas. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
